Job brief
This role requires handling of customers technical support at help desk via calls / emails, for timely resolution, project delivery, follow up and deployment activities of our core products via remote sessions
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Write windows kernel drivers
- Performing research and feasibility study on suggested areas
- Necessary development in C/ C++ to achieve desired results
- Component testing of developed features and product enhancements
- Enhance existing modules, and work on the development of new features in the product's Windows OS client application and services.
- Perform unit and system tests and validation testing.
Required Skills:
- C/C++, SQL, Windows Internals, Socket Programming, Linux
- B.E/B.Tech or Masters in Computer Science
- Deep knowledge of and proficiency in coding in C++ and C
- Strong understanding of OOPs
- Understanding of Windows/Linux OS internals
- Strong Knowledge in socket programming
- Good Understanding of Network Protocols
- Strong research and problem solving capabilities.
Educational Qualifications:
- Currently No Backlogs/Standing arrears
- B.Tech in CS, EE, EC
- MSc. In Math and Computation
