Kaustav Ghosh (Chief Mentor and Advisor)
Mr. Ghosh has been the Mentor and Advisor for the company since its inception. Currently, he is the Senior Vice President of Business Development & Alliances, India, Connectiva Systems. Mr Ghosh has 17 years of experience in software and communications industry. He is responsible for leading Connectiva’s business development initiatives and all strategic partnerships in India. He played an integral part in establishing Connectiva’s global innovation center in Kolkata and was instrumental in establishing market presence in India, Middle East & Africa by developing strategic relationships with major global systems integrators. Prior to joining Connectiva.Held leadership positions at several international software consulting companies including LHS, SEMA & Diyar United, he has also been instrumental in starting and building a number of successful software companies in India.
